The National Directorate of Education, Norway

Working closely with the Directorate, we developed the first national student survey in 2001. Since then, Conexus have been the preferred partner for collecting, analysing and reporting data from the educational sector. For more than 20 years Conexus have developed and nurtured the ways of handling data concerning competence building together with the National Directorate of Education.


Key municipalities of Norway and Denmark

With the cooperation of the municipalities of Norway in 2011, we developed the first system with the ability to provide visibility and support on competence development for the individual learner. This was the key tool to support the tutors and mentors. The service today captures 92% of the domestic market with more than 3,000 organisations and 500,000 individuals. Conexus is continuously developing our services, aligned with the municipalities, to ensure relevance and drive the progress of competence development into the future.

The Norwegian Bank (DNB)

DNB is Norway's largest financial services group and one of the largest in the Nordic region in terms of market capitalisation. The Group offers a full range of financial services, including loans, savings, advisory services, insurance, and pension products for retail and corporate customers.

In partnership with CXS Nordic, Conexus delivered together with DNB a solution and service for talent management, identifying competence and skills for better workplace match and higher productivity.


Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences and Aarhus University, Denmark

In close collaboration with the researchers of the two universities, Conexus have developed multiple services for harvesting competence data and background data over a period exceeding 10 years for local applied research and centralised research in both Norway and Denmark.

The Norwegian Directorate of Health

Through a strategic push for improving the efficiency in utilisation of competence organised in different entities, Conexus developed a service which allows the collection of the right competent resources, disregarding their organisation, for the purpose of improving the conditions of the individual. The solution handles the network and communications with the highest sensitivity and is in production in numerous Norwegian municipalities.
